I would get a rundll crash when I would click into email accounts and would get a windows shell common dll crash error so I went into the show profiles which let me in.
I removed the profile and recreated. Once doing so I was now able to go into email account settings in which I setup the email I just removed and now it is back to being functional. I have three email accounts. Two of them don't work anymore on this one desktop computer, but they do work on my laptop and all three accounts work at my office computer. Here's where the mystery started. One day, out of the blue, when Outlook was launched, and either two of my three mail accounts was selected, it waited about 30 seconds with the wheel spinning, then declared "Outlook can't start" and exited. The 3rd account runs OK. On my laptop and office computer, everything is normal with all three.
